Calls are answered and returned between 8:00am - 5:00pm. Monday to Friday, however we have a 24hr message center. If leaving a message, speak clearly and slowly. Leave your name, city and phone number. Your call will be returned as quickly as possible.
Residential Services:
MARS will pick up and haul away any major appliances such as: Refrigerators, Freezers, Dishwashers, Washers, Dryers, Stoves, Cook Tops and Water Heaters.
Our pick up fee is $20.00-for the fist appliance and $10.00-for each additional appliance. Commercial sized appliances, double ovens, stackable units and sub zeros are an additional fee. You can also drop off your appliances(s) at our location FREE of charge!
For built-ins, dishwashers, cook tops, water heaters, eye-level stoves and stackable washers and dryers. Other items include sub zero refrigerators, water softeners, BBQ’s, lawn mowers.
We do not remove appliances from inside the home. The appliance must be outside in an accessible ground level location for pick up. Refrigerator / Freezer doors must be attached and secured. Please leave appliance(s) by garage door or on the side of the house; NOT on the curb.
We accept cash or checks ONLY. Please make all checks payable to: MARS, and write deposit only on the back.
Pick up locations: We gladly services Santa Barbara, Ventura, Oxnard, Camarillo and Thousand Oaks.
Note: If the appliance is not accessible, payment is not enclosed, or there is a change in delivery without notifying us prior to the pick up there will be an additional return trip charge.

If you are looking to decrease your disposal fees and keep large items out of the landfill, please keep in mind that MARS also recycles merchandise such as: Furniture, Electronics, BBQ’s Fitness Equipment, Store Fixtures, Display Fixtures, Display Furniture, Display Lighting, Fixtures and MORE! We cover all of Southern California, Arizona and Nevada.

When your store needs a pick up you can call us 24 hours prior or we can schedule a weekly pick up.
When calling please give us the following information:
•Number of pallets and what they consists of.
(Example: 2 pallets of e-waste, 1 refrigerator and 1 treadmill)
•Pick up date.
•2 contact people.
•What time contact person will be there until.
Note: MARS does NOT pick up hazardous waste such as: Computer Towers, Paints, Oils, Batteries, Cleaners, Fertilizer, Pesticides, Used Light Bulbs, Weed Killer, etc.
